    The success of Hilti comes from product and service innovation and differentiation but this can only be achieved by the foundation of the company - its people. By balancing a high performance and caring culture Hilti allows employees to develop their full potential either with training for their current role or through structured development programs for future promotion within their current organisation or overseas. This is not restricted to a few, but available to every employee.
